Attorney Profile

Experienced Personal Injury Attorneys

Mark Josephs

My father was a lawyer in the U.S. Navy Judge Advocate General’s Corps (JAG). When I was born, he named me Mark Justin Josephs, which in Latin means, “hammer of justice.” I followed my dad all over the country in courtrooms learning lawyer skills from a young age. I graduated cum laude in 1997 and joined my father’s firm along with my brother, Trey, who is also an attorney and now my partner.

I have 20+ years of practice in all kinds of injury claim. These claims are typically: car wrecks, slips and falls, medical negligence, smoke inhalation, product defects, on-the-job injuries, dog bites, motorcycle wrecks, and – in unfortunate circumstances – wrongful deaths. My clients enjoy the caring side of me. Our firm tries to treat every client as if they were family. On a weekly basis, it is not uncommon for me to make a house call or even send a text to see if the client is getting better.

I would be honored to represent anyone who has been injured and needs a caring lawyer to guide them through the claims process.
